Archi Bagchi
Archi is the founder and promoter of Thoucentric and has over twenty years of experience in the industry. After his B-tech from IIT Kharagpur, he had a brief stint with Wipro as a software engineer. He joined General Electric (GE) as an IMLP and Six Sigma Black Belt after gaining his MBA from IIM Lucknow, he had a decade-long association with Hewlett-Packard (HP), where he successfully transitioned from program management to sales operations and later to contact center management roles within the company.
Archi worked as an independent consultant for a year before founding Thoucentric. Archi currently oversees the general functions of the company across India, the UK, the US, and the Netherlands.
