Xoriant's CSR Approach

My first CSR visit to Kalpataru Jade on 19th Nov, 2022 was heartwarming. The children were receptive and eager to learn. Their stories, smiles, and painted hands were a joy to witness. The warmth and love they showed us were immeasurable. This visit had a profound impact on me. We all have a vital role to play in making the world a better place. The handmade rose given by the little ones was a touching gesture of love.

The kids' extraordinary zeal and contagious energy were remarkable. Their vibrant classrooms, filled with beautiful artwork and projects, made the tin shed feel alive. Coloring with them brought out my inner child, offering a serene escape from everyday chaos. We danced, played, and sang songs together, and hearing their innocent voices reciting the prayer "Itni shakti hume de na data..." overwhelmed me. Although we went to bring them joy, I ended up being the one deeply impacted. Grateful to DSS and Xoriant for this opportunity, eagerly awaiting the next visit!

I had an exciting day with Xoriant-led activities, including the Door Step School Children Day at Balewadi. Drawing, games, and the kids' smiles brought immense joy. It helped us forget stress and sad moments. This memorable experience motivated us to plan more games for our next visit. As we left, the kids surprised us with roses as a heartfelt thank-you.
