Arun Sankaranarayanan

Xoriant Senior Vice President and Market Unit Head Arun Sankaranarayanan brings over 25 years of experience in P&L management, client services, and IT transformation across the US and Europe. He has a proven track record in building high-performing, scalable organizations across multiple industry segments.

At Xoriant, Arun drives the growth of critical industry verticals including Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, and Life Sciences. He is also responsible for the alliances function, where he plays a key role in developing and expanding Xoriant's partnerships with leading hyperscalers and product companies.

Prior to joining Xoriant, Arun served as Executive Vice President at LTIMindtree and was a member of its Executive Management Council. He held the position of Chief Business Officer for LTI in the Nordics and, in his last two years at LTIMindtree, he was the Business Unit Head for Automotive, Aerospace, and Defense. During his tenure at LTIMindtree, Arun significantly grew revenue, launched new service offerings in collaboration with product partners, and established new business units.

Before LTIMindtree, Arun spent over 20 years at Cognizant, where he advanced from a Programmer Analyst Trainee to leading one of Cognizant’s largest business units in the Nordics.

Arun holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum.
