Rohit Kedia is a dynamic technology business leader with a three-decade record of driving growth and transforming businesses. At Xoriant, he works with nearly 5,000 XFactors (Xoriant employees) to drive the next phase of growth for the company, advancing its heritage of engineering excellence and commitment to building platforms for growth for clients, partners, and employees. A technologist at heart, Rohit is passionate about applying the full breadth of digital technologies to transform businesses and enhance their competitiveness.

Prior to joining Xoriant, Rohit was the Chief Growth Officer at LTIMindtree, where he led global technology practices and product portfolios across cloud & infrastructure, data & AI, cybersecurity, digital engineering, and enterprise platforms. He orchestrated strategic alliances and built powerful ecosystems that delivered breakthrough innovations while creating new growth avenues for the company. He was responsible for launching several new lines of business and scaling the company’s AI practice. Prior to that, Rohit was the Chief Business Officer, responsible for multiple high-growth business units. He was one of the key members of the new management team that rebranded the company and took it public in 2016.

Earlier in his career, Rohit held several leadership roles at Infosys, where he scaled the Americas manufacturing business - comprising automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors - to achieve industry leading growth. His business unit was recognized as the best-managed business unit in the company.

Rohit is a sought-after speaker at various global forums. He is considered as a trusted advisor by many Fortune-500 digital leaders, frequently providing strategic counsel on major transformations. Rohit is based in Dallas, USA, and holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from IIT Varanasi.
