Throughout his career, Vishal has been a driving force behind numerous digital and technology transformation initiatives. He has successfully led and sponsored projects encompassing Cloud, Platform and Product Engineering, Application Modernization, Data Engineering and Applied Intelligence, and has efficiently scaled global delivery for IT, Infrastructure and Engineering services.
Prior to joining Xoriant, Vishal held the position of Managing Director at Accenture, where he led and delivered technology advisory, system implementation, and outsourcing services for a prominent portfolio of Communications Media and Technology Accounts, including a Diamond account. His contributions to Accenture's largest and most significant client relationships further solidified his reputation as a dynamic and results-oriented leader.
During his tenure at Accenture, Vishal also served as the Technology Services lead, spearheading both sales and delivery responsibilities for Accenture Platinum and Diamond accounts while successfully introducing and implementing cutting-edge next-gen solutions. Before Accenture, Vishal made significant contributions at HCL Technologies, where he held the title of Member of the HCL CEO CLUB - a testament to his exceptional performance. He played a pivotal role in incubating and establishing the Communication Service Provider and Logistics verticals, making a lasting impact on the organization's growth and success.
Vishal has a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology. In addition, he holds an MBA from Symbiosis International University.
