Neelakshi Kotnis
Neelakshi is the promoter-founder and director of Thoucentric with over two decades of professional expertise. While in Thoucentric, she has been primarily handling sales, people initiatives and helping build the structure to the capabilities and operations of the growing organization. Currently, she is focused on mentoring the leadership team. She was instrumental in setting up a unique introspection-based framework at Thoucentric called NEON that helps employees self-evaluate themselves to plan, create their own goals, and track their progress. Prior to founding Thoucentric in 2015, Neelakshi spent eight years with General Electric (GE) and nearly seven years in independent management consulting, including a brief stint with Auctus Advisors.
Academically, Neelakshi is an MBA graduate from FMS, Delhi (India) and holds a B.E in Electronics and Communication from Gogte Institute of Technology, Karnataka, India.
