At Xoriant, Mark is responsible for accelerating growth through strategic ecosystem partnerships and driving joint value across hyperscalers, ISVs, and emerging technology partners.

With experience spanning Fortune 50 enterprises to high-growth start-ups, Mark specializes in architecting scalable go-to-market models that unlock new revenue opportunities, strengthen customer engagement, and elevate partner influence. His leadership has contributed to multiple successful exits and acquisitions throughout his career.

Prior to Xoriant, Mark served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Cloud Physics, where he grew revenues 20x and played a pivotal role in its strategic acquisition by Hewlett Packard Enterprise. He also restructured and transformed the sales engine for Empirix, later acquired by Thoma Bravo, and spent 12 years at Avaya leading global outsourcing services and driving multimillion-dollar growth across EMEA. Earlier, he managed the full P&L for Lucent Technologies across Russia and the former Soviet Union.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley, and is fluent in Russian.
