He also restructured and transformed the sales engine for Empirix, later acquired by Thoma Bravo, and spent 12 years at Avaya leading global outsourcing services and driving multimillion-dollar growth across EMEA. Earlier, he managed the full P&L for Lucent Technologies across Russia and the former Soviet Union.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley, and is fluent in Russian.
