Xoriant’s Head of Data & AI for Global Markets, Madhu V., is an accomplished Data & AI evangelist and technology leader with two decades of experience shaping enterprise transformation through data-driven innovation. At Xoriant, Madhu leads the strategy, growth, and execution of the company’s global Data & AI portfolio—helping clients modernize platforms, unlock business value, and accelerate adoption of intelligent, AI-driven systems.

Madhu’s expertise spans data engineering, analytics modernization, AI-first product development, and delivery leadership for Fortune 500 organizations. She has managed large global teams, owned P&L responsibilities, and led high-impact transformation programs across industries, including deep specialization in customer and guest experience data domains.

Prior to joining Xoriant, Madhu held strategic roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she was responsible for shaping and executing Data & AI go-to-market initiatives, owning and launching global partner programs, and working closely with industry partners to accelerate Cloud, Data and AI adoption. Before AWS, she spent 17 years at Cognizant in multiple leadership roles, including Director & Market Leader for Digital Business and Service Line Leader for Big Data and Enterprise Data Management in North America.

Madhu holds an MBA in Technology Management and Entrepreneurship from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communications Engineering.
