Xoriant Chief Human Resources Officer Krupa NS is an accomplished HR veteran with a rich and diverse background spanning over 23 years. At Xoriant, Krupa will be responsible for strengthening our human capital strategy, empower the company with the right mix of talent, culture, and ecosystems to guide our growth journey as a unified global team.
Prior to joining Xoriant, Krupa was part of STL Digital as the Global HR Head. She was pivotal in driving strategic initiatives, establishing comprehensive HR practices, managing growth and scale, overseeing M&A of product setups, and successfully integrating and rebadging employees from different companies into STL Digital.
Before her tenure at STL Digital, Krupa spent more than 17 years at HCL Technologies, where she held the position of VP & Global HR for Engineering R&D, industry software & IoT WoRKS. During her time at HCL, she demonstrated her expertise in managing large-scale engagements, overseeing M&A and people/process integration, and implementing HR people practices across a global workforce of over 40,000 employees spanning more than 30 countries.
Krupa's educational qualifications include a post graduate degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from St. Joseph's College, Bangalore. Additionally, she has completed Executive Programs in HRM and Foreign Trade from Symbiosis, further enhancing her knowledge and skills in the HR domain.
