Xoriant improved its ESG score from 73 to 86. Steps included reducing its carbon footprint by 25%, adding smart utilities, removing single-use plastics, and shifting to digital-first operations.
Governance is backed by global privacy compliance, internal audits, and a grievance redressal system for all stakeholders. Inclusion efforts focus on hiring and mentoring women, with women now forming 31% of the workforce. Programs like “Men as Allies” and Pride celebrations support broader diversity goals.
Xoriant’s CSR model runs on trusted partnerships. Projects include mobile classrooms, digital learning labs, and daily meal programs. Employees who are known as XFactors, volunteer directly in many of these initiatives.
By 2030, Xoriant aims to impact 2 million lives through focused work in education, health, inclusion, and sustainability—driven by a clear ESG roadmap and stronger community partnerships.
