With 20+ years of leadership experience across industry sectors, including specifically financial services & Insurance, Mukund has a successful track record of scaling businesses by working closely with clients and partners. Mukund will take on the role of leading market expansion, strengthening strategic partnerships, and driving overall business growth as President, Global Markets at Xoriant. His appointment is pivotal to guiding Xoriant's transformation and expansion, aligning market strategies with the company's growth objectives.

Prior to joining Xoriant, Mukund was the Chief Business Officer of Banking, Financial Services at LTIMindtree, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the business unit and enhancing its positioning with clients globally. His initiatives included building high-performing teams, strengthening service offerings, establishing strategic partnerships with fintechs and insurtechs, and developing go-to-market strategies with leading hyperscalers. Additionally, Mukund's collaboration with industry analysts and advisors significantly bolstered the firm's market positioning.

Mukund was with Cognizant prior to that, where he held leadership positions as part of Cognizant’s Banking Financial Services team and contributed to its industry-leading growth. He also played an important part in helping shape new client portfolios and led many strategic pursuits. He had a successful stint at Mphasis prior to that, where he led core accounts and was an early member of the consulting team.

Mukund has an MBA from the University of Texas and has lived in the New York area for 20+ years.
