Xoriant Chief Business Officer of BFSI Vivek Kaushik brings over 25 years of experience in technology services, with a proven track record of building and scaling businesses across Financial Services, Insurance, Hi-Tech, and Media.
At Xoriant, Vivek leads the BFSI Customer Success Unit, where he is responsible for deepening relationships across the existing account portfolio, building domain expertise, and driving new areas of growth through strategic growth initiatives.
Prior to joining Xoriant, Vivek was at Persistent Systems, where he led the Hi-Tech vertical for the Americas. Across his career, he has consistently grown complex, multi-vertical businesses and delivered meaningful outcomes for clients in demanding, regulated industries.
Outside of work, Vivek is an avid sportsman who plays badminton, golf, and cricket in local circuits. He is also a founding member of an Indian NGO supporting underprivileged child patients.
Vivek holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and a master’s degree in business, marketing, and finance.
