Gowri Shankar Rangarajan

Gowri brings over two decades of global leadership in business development, strategic account management, and technology-led revenue growth. He possesses a proven track record of scaling enterprise accounts, forging strategic industry partnerships, and driving digital transformation across the Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, Logistics, and EPC domains.

At Xoriant, Gowri architects and scales new growth engines across diverse business units and global markets. He is responsible for cross-selling advanced capabilities from Xoriant’s subsidiaries, steering complex, large-deal engagements, and strengthening partnerships with key industry players. His strategic focus on enterprise AI, data, and emerging technologies is instrumental in driving next-generation value and strategic growth for top-tier global clients.

Prior to joining Xoriant, Gowri spent nearly eight years driving growth and expanding market share at LTIMindtree (formerly LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech). Serving as VP and Head of Sales for Manufacturing, and previously as Automotive Sector Leader, he directed expansive business development strategies and cultivated deep domain expertise across highly competitive industrial, process, and automotive sectors.

Earlier in his career, Gowri held progressive leadership roles at Infosys and Cognizant Technology Solutions for over 14 years. During this time, he directed large-scale global engagements, managed vast client portfolios, and successfully acquired major new logos.

Gowri holds a Master's in Computer Applications from Bharathidasan University and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from the University of Madras.
