Shivraj Sabale

Xoriant Chief Operating Officer Shivraj Sabale (Shiv) brings over two decades of distinguished global leadership experience in technology, engineering delivery, and operations. As COO, Shiv is responsible to continue advancing Xoriant’s delivery operations and practices organizations with deep-domain industry expertise. His strategic priorities include strengthening practice capabilities, cultivating future-ready ways of working, and amplifying excellence in applied AI delivery - helping clients accelerate their journey to be software-defined businesses and realize exponential value.

Before joining Xoriant, Shiv led Globant as Head of APAC Operations, where he orchestrated large-scale digital transformation programs, built and scaled high-impact technology organizations, and managed complex, multi-site operations across diverse global markets. His expertise spans software engineering, application security, quality assurance, design, and industry reinvention - always championing innovative thinking and autonomous ways of working.

Shiv holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Pune University and a master’s degree in Software Engineering from La Trobe University. He is also an active contributor to the technology community, serving as President of the Software Exporters Association of Pune (SEAP).
