He brings deep experience in scaling global technology organizations, he brings a sharp focus on helping clients accelerate AI-enabled productivity, monetize data, and evolve into software-defined businesses.
At Xoriant, Vineet leads the company’s transformation charter, bringing together capabilities across practices to shape a world-class offerings portfolio. He also steers Xoriant’s R&D and IP strategy, strengthening our “services-as-software” approach through advanced AI-enabled accelerators and engineering productivity platforms. In addition, he plays a pivotal role in maximizing M&A synergies, integrating acquired capabilities and amplifying cross-sell opportunities across our customer base.
Before joining Xoriant, Vineet spent over two decades at Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI) and LTIMindtree, where he served as Executive Vice President and Global Head for Enterprise Applications, SAP, and Cloud Apps. His career reflects extensive leadership in P&L ownership, AI-led business transformation, and large-scale digital programs across global enterprises.
Vineet is passionate about shaping scalable AI strategies and enabling organizations to realize 10X ROI on AI investments. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Power Engineering.
