Pradeep Jadhav

Pradeep brings over two decades of experience in management consulting, supply chain transformation, and technology-led business advisory across India and global markets. He has a proven track record in building consulting practices from the ground up, managing large-scale program delivery, and driving measurable outcomes for clients across the Consumer Goods, Food and Beverages, Pharmaceuticals, and Technology sectors.

At Thoucentric, a Xoriant company, Pradeep oversees delivery quality assurance across all client engagements, ensuring alignment between consulting teams and client stakeholders on outcomes and execution. He plays an advisory role on critical and complex programs and is closely involved in talent development and new client acquisition across the organization. Pradeep co-founded Thoucentric in Bengaluru in 2015, building it into a specialized management and technology consulting firm trusted by marquee names in the global Consumer and Packaged Goods industry. Under his leadership, Thoucentric grew to over 450 business and technology consultants across six global locations, developing AI and ML-powered point solutions in the supply chain space through Thoucentric Labs.

Prior to that, he served as Manager of Supply Chain Operations at Cisco Systems, where he led global planning and fulfilment strategies and structured the Sales and Operations Planning process across worldwide markets. Before Cisco, he was a Principal in Business Transformation Services at SAP India Consulting, leading value management, program management, and IT roadmap engagements for large-scale technology implementations. Earlier in his career, Pradeep held a senior consulting role at CHAINalytics India, leading supply chain network design and transportation management engagements for multinational clients across the USA, Europe, Australia, and China.

Pradeep holds an MBA in Operations and Marketing from IIM Lucknow and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from IIT Bombay. He is based in Bengaluru, India.
