Ashish Shukla

Ashish brings over two decades of experience in business development, P&L management, and technology-led growth across India and the Asia-Pacific region. He has a proven track record in building high-performing teams, developing CXO relationships, and driving revenue growth across BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, and Technology verticals.
At Xoriant, Ashish leads the commercial strategy and growth for the India and APAC market unit, with a focused mandate on the Global Capability Center ecosystem. He is responsible for strengthening existing global accounts, opening new logos, and expanding Xoriant's India GCC franchise, working closely with delivery and go-to-market teams to drive long-term client value.
Prior to joining Xoriant, Ashish served as Director of India Business at Infosys for nearly eight years, where he held full P&L responsibility for a diverse portfolio of GCC, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, and Pharma clients. Before Infosys, Ashish held business development and account management roles at Cognizant, where he grew the Cloud and Infrastructure services practice, and at Wipro, where he managed key enterprise accounts across technology and manufacturing sectors.
Ashish holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from IIM Kozhikode and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT-BHU, Varanasi. He is based in Bengaluru, India.
