Andrejs Frisfelds

TestDevLab Co-Founder and Co-CEO Andrejs Frišfelds brings over two decades of experience in software quality engineering, test automation, and technology leadership across Europe and global markets. He has a proven track record in building and scaling quality engineering organisations, developing deep client partnerships, and delivering testing excellence across mobile, web, and enterprise platforms.

At TestDevLab, a Xoriant company, Andrejs leads the organisation across six European countries, overseeing a team of 500 quality engineering professionals. He is responsible for driving TestDevLab's continued growth within the Xoriant portfolio, expanding its capabilities in AI testing, model validation, and quality assurance for intelligent systems, and strengthening its position as a trusted partner to some of the world's leading technology companies including Microsoft, Zoom, Twilio, and Truecaller.

Andrejs co-founded TestDevLab in Riga, Latvia in 2011, building it from the ground up into a European quality engineering leader with a client base spanning startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. Under his leadership, TestDevLab grew to test software products used by more than five billion people daily, earning recognition as a centre of excellence in test automation, performance testing, audio and video quality analysis, accessibility testing, and AI testing solutions. He also co-founded TDL School in 2021, focused on developing the next generation of quality engineering talent in the Baltics.

Earlier in his career, Andrejs served as QA Manager at Orange-Vallée in Paris, leading manual and automated testing teams and defining quality strategy across large-scale programmes. Before that, he was a Quality Engineering Team Lead at Skype in Tallinn, where he led partner integration quality for Skype Mobile across Android, BlackBerry, and J2ME platforms in collaboration with global operator networks.

Andrejs holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Latvijas Universitāte and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Ventspils University of Applied Sciences. He is based in Riga, Latvia.
