Job Title: Vice President, Financial Solutions

Job Duties:

With a high level of independent decision-making authority, will be responsible for the following: Develop and execute the financial solutions strategy. Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with financial institutions, and expand the company’s footprint in the financial services sector. Lead the ideation and development of cutting-edge financial technology products and services, including digital banking, payments, risk management, and regulatory compliance solutions. Serve as the senior point of contact for key financial clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing financial solutions team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to anticipate market shifts and position the company as a leader. Own the financial solutions P&L, drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and optimize operational efficiencies. Work closely with cross-functional teams including technology, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver integrated solutions.

Job Requirements:

Requires a bachelor’s degree or Foreign Equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field. Requires experience in job offered or as an Assistant Vice President or a related field. Required experience must include experience in the following: Creating KPI and process risk metrics, improving and monitoring performance systems- MAAR chart, creating standard operating procedures, SQL Database, Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint and Access). Requires relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout the US.

Salary: $298,854-$299,854
