Job Title: Sr. SAP Fieldglass Engineer

Job Duties:
Responsible for the implementation and support of a strategic corporate SaaS platform SAP Fieldglass (Vendor Management System). This includes Statement of Work, Contingent Worker (Staff Augmentation) and Profile Worker modules. Perform configuration and customization of SAP Fieldglass platform. Review integration requirements, identify appropriate API connectors, and prepare technical specifications to support integration of SAP Fieldglass (VMS) with internal Customer systems. Perform analysis to define problems, develop innovative technical solutions, streamline operational processes, and expand Operations capabilities by introducing new tools and technologies. Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems by analyzing business processes, systems, and industry standards. Perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes and partner with business teams to develop process improvements and solutions that help to streamline the operational workflow. Work collaboratively with Business stakeholders and other team members to document Business/Functional requirements and translate into technical specifications. Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members. Designing two-way system integrations using out-of-box API connectors available in SaaS platforms and TIBCO middleware.
Job Requirements:
Require Bachelor’s Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems or related field. Require five (5) years of experience as Assistant Consultant, Software Consultant or related using SAP Fieldglass, SAP Contract Lifecycle Management, MS SQL. Require travel/relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
Salary: The base pay range for this role is between $179,982.00 and $195,000.00 annually, and your base pay will depend on your qualifications, experience and location.
