Rajesh Warrier
Rajesh is the Vice President of Xoriant's India business, where he oversees a unit built from the ground up with a focus on scale, transformation, and strategic growth across various verticals. His responsibilities include fostering key partnerships with FinTech companies and Fortune 100 clients, as well as managing the overall P&L (Profit and Loss).
With over two decades of experience across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and Asia, Rajesh has a proven track record of helping businesses tap into new growth markets. Throughout his career, he has focused on scaling services and forging strategic partnerships.
Before joining Xoriant, Rajesh had a long tenure at Polaris Software. He played a key role in establishing and expanding business operations across the Middle East, Europe, and Southeast Asia, successfully driving growth for the company’s flagship banking product. Under his leadership, Polaris made significant inroads into new markets, including securing several Fortune 500 and G2000 clients. Additionally, he was instrumental in helping major banking clients set up their Global In-house Centers (GICs) and Global Capability Centers (GCCs) from 2010 onwards.
Rajesh holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Secretaryship from Madras University, along with numerous management certifications. He is based in Pune, where he resides with his family.
