Xoriant Chief Financial Officer Mahesh Nalavade has deep experience in finance and general management roles. He joined Xoriant in 2005 and is responsible for financial operations, HR and legal. Prior to Xoriant, Mahesh served in various roles at Thermax India, including as General Manager - Finance and Company Secretary. He spearheaded the company's IPO process and was responsible for setting up joint ventures and foreign subsidiaries. Mahesh has also worked in Zambia and Indonesia with organizations of international repute. Mahesh holds degrees in finance and law and has completed specialized management training in Japan. He likes to read and lives in Sunnyvale, California with his wife.
