Prior to joining Xoriant, Lalit held several leadership positions in his 25-year tenure at Capgemini, establishing himself as a seasoned professional and a trusted leader in the industry. As a member of the Capgemini Americas Executive Committee, Lalit played a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization. In his most recent position as the Head of the Northeast Geo Leader, Lalit successfully transformed Capgemini Northeast GEO as the fastest-growing geography by implementing innovative GTM and people-related initiatives.

Lalit's contributions include driving significant growth and expansion of strategic accounts across manufacturing, automotive, life sciences, energy, utilities, consumer products, retail, telecom, media, entertainment, and government businesses.

Lalit is a passionate advocate for knowledge sharing and actively participates as a speaker at numerous industry forums, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to contributing to the IT community. In addition to his extensive experience, Lalit holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and has completed programs on Information Technology and Digital Transformation from the esteemed Harvard Business School of Executive Education.
