As we are all aware, the situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve rapidly. At Xoriant, we are taking proactive measures to ensure the wellbeing of our employees, local communities and our clients. Since past few weeks we have been working to ramp up and accelerate our business continuity plans for enabling our employees to provide continued services to our clients.

Given the circumstances (in the US and India) we have directed a significant portion of our employees to work from their homes and if needed, we are preparing for the majority of our global workforce to work remotely, except for those mission critical roles, which need to be performed in our data centers. We are taking appropriate steps to ensure that our employees get what is necessary for providing timely delivery of our services to our clients, while adhering to the applicable security and data protection policies.

Our leadership and business continuity teams are in touch with the respective local authorities and with our employees to make informed decisions during this time. There are regular meetings to assess impact on our employees and clients. Appropriate measures, guidelines and advisories are communicated to everyone concerned at least on a daily basis

We have already set up a Xoriant Business Continuity Team (BCTresponse@xoriant.com) and a dedicated hotline for our clients and employees, in terms of providing them support and information during this period. We have also published detailed guidelines to our employees globally, with regard to health, work and travel, encouraging them to maintain social distancing.  We have limited business travel and are encouraging employees to self-quarantine for 14 days who are returning back from any travel.

Our respective leaders and client relationship teams will continue to update you as the situation evolves. As of today, we would like to confirm that we have no known cases of Coronavirus at any of our global facilities.

Thank you for your partnership. We are committed to serving you now and in the future. Please stay safe and take care.
