Our client had a requirement to launch eCommerce engine to promote online sales within 1 month time to take advantage of special shopping season. Xoriant team evaluated open source framework Zen cart, but Client wanted a customized eCommerce engine to have a better control on source code. Features that were implemented were product catalog, order management, shipment & payment cycle. Xoriant used paypal as payment gateway. Xoriant team was successful to release the solution within 4 weeks with 1 PHP developer, 1 UI part time designer & 1 part time QA engineer.

| Platform certification |
| Xoriant
received a request to certify one of Telecom
client’s messaging product on Linux platform &
automate sanity testing. On analysis, Xoriant
identified that there were about 300 test cases to
certify the product on one platform. Xoriant came up
with a strategy to automate 15% of the test cases
for sanity testing using QTP. Xoriant was successful
in developing automated scripts for sanity testing &
Xoriant QA team was able to certify messaging
product on Linux. This request was completed in 3
weeks with 1 QTP engineer & 1 manual QA engineer in
the team. |

| Performance benchmarking |
| Our client
provided Database Load balancer solution. Xoriant
team was given the pilot project of performance
benchmarking of their load balancer solution.
Xoriant team had already been involved in
development of this product & they leveraged product
knowledge to come up with performance benchmarking
plan. Xoriant team used proprietary load testing
tool to come up with performance benchmark results.
These results were shared with the Client. This
assignment was completed in 2 weeks by 1 engineer.
